Step One (Let's talk) In order to develop a successful website for you, we need to understand your business completely. This includes your company vision, mission, culture, and the type of image/impression you wish to project upon your clients. To help us understand your needs, we'll have you fill out a Questionnaire link located at the bottom of this page. We strongly encourage you to provide us with a detailed feedback that will help us understanding your taste and design preferences. Special Note: A signed quote and deposit is required to start working on your web site. You'll need approx. 20-100% down payment to begin work or design on your web site. The remainder of the balance is due upon the final approval before going live with your website. Step Two (Concept) Designers here are able to think inside and outside of the box, or simply without the box. We'll form a concept and create a design unique to your company, based on all the analyzed data collected during Step One. Once a prototype is perfected and approved by the client, we will then proceed to the development stage. Step Three (Fine tuning) During this process, live progress is available on a URL (located on CGS server) that you'll have access to. We'll develop the backend engine while collecting content from you. Extensive beta testing will take place by both the client and us. All changes, modifications, and updates are implemented as well. Step Four (Almost done) Website is 98% completed and last check and testing of the website takes place. All last changes, modifications, and updates are finalized. Finally, with the client's approval, the project is accomplished and delivered. Step Five (Ongoing support) After your website is launched, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies. This is an additional fee charged by the hour. Note: We can help you through the process of registering your domain name and host your website too – so you don’t have to worry about technical aspects of your website and we become your one stop shop for your web site presence.
