CGS has the capabilities to handle all deign related needs.  Our designers have created print collateral and websites for businesses of all sizes.  We love to design and it shows, read below to see how we work.

Step One (Yes, We Need A Deposit)  A deposit to start working on your project is required.  You'll need approx. 20% - 100% down depending on your quote terms.  The remainder of the balance is due upon your final approval of the design.  After receiving your signed quote/order form, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm receipt of the order and answer any questions concerning your project.

Step Two (The Design)  We will start working on your design immediately after receiving your quote/order sheet and payment.  In the time designated by sales rep. we will present you the initial designs by sending them via email as PDF/JPG previews.  You will be able to review the drafts and choose the one or more designs with which you would like to proceed.  The amount of revisions will depend on the terms of your original quote.  We strongly encourage you to provide us with a detailed feedback that will help us understanding your taste and design preferences.

Step Three (Fine Tuning)  On each step, you give us your comments to presented designs and we make necessary changes following your suggestions.  On each step we get closer to the final design, presenting you variations and alterations as following your suggestions as on our own.

Step Four (Delivery)  When you are completely satisfied with the final work, the files and documents will be sent via e-mail or for an extra charge by FedEx express mail service on a CD.

Art Terms & Conditions:
Creative Graphic Solutions, Inc. (CGS) must collect payment deposit up front to begin design work or layouts. No work will proceed until payment is received. All sales are final, no refunds are available.  In case of cancellation on a order a $25 processing fee will be charged.  More then 2 revisions may result in additional increase in price.  CGS holds the right to change policies and prices without prior notice.
